This hotel has its ups and downs. On one hand, the pool area is large and enjoyable, making it a fun spot for families, and the staff, particularly Mr. Halil in the food court, are quite helpful. On the other hand, the rooms left much to be desired due to cleanliness issues, and the dining experience fell short with long queues and limited options, particularly for kids. Overall, it seems there’s potential, but a lot needs improvement.
